Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
The key purpose of the Executive Assistance role is to ensure that the President & CEO remains proactive and aligned with the day to day schedule and workload. In addition, the Executive Assistant may be assigned to support various duties, including additional executive staff support as needed. This position reports directly to the President & CEO.
Federal Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a construction project, including invoicing, vendor billing, schedule and budget management, and communicating with customers. This individual must display a high degree of professionalism, organization, and cooperation with customers and coworkers. A Federal Construction Project Manager should possess 5-10 years of experience as a project manager and experience working directly with the Federal Government on construction contracts.
National Construction Management and Design/Build firm is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their fast-growing team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for coordinating general ledger and revenue and expense accounting. The candidate must have a proven track record in accounting, be extremely detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position will work directly with and report to the Controller.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting active and prospective construction projects from an administrative and support perspective. The Project Coordinator must have a proven track record in project administration, be extremely detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to the General Manager of Construction.
The Construction Estimator will support IAP by utilizing their expertise gathered from working in the industry, along with construction plans to estimate necessary expenditures and devise a budget. The Construction Estimator will report directly to the Director of Estimating. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction and Design-Build project management, be organized, motivated, detail-oriented and driven.
Vice President of Construction
The vice president (VP) of construction management operations overseas not only day-to-day operations but also the financial well-being of the various projects under their supervision. They oversee hiring project managers, writing contracts, and helping design construction plans. The vice president of construction management operations serves in a hands-on role in nearly every aspect of construction management; not only are they responsible for hiring and supervising the project management team, but they are also in charge of creating and managing budgets.
The ideal candidate for this position would need to have extensive knowledge of how a basic construction site works, as well as a general understanding of the real estate industry. The vice president of construction management operations helps write up contracts, put together designs, and work directly with clients to ensure projects meet their expectations.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to sales and marketing team through administrative tasks. The Marketing Coordinator must have a proven track record in sales and marketing, be extremely detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
