CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM (CIP)
IAP Government Services Group is your third party administrator through the “Capital Improvements Program” (CIP) under a cooperative purchasing agreement with the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (NCPA). IAP offers full service, hands-on project management. We provide a turn-key solution for your projects from inception to completion. We track your project’s life cycle to eliminate the challenges involved in managing costly construction projects. Even though we manage your project, we ensure you maintain full control of decisions.
IAP & NCPA
IAP’s CIP program is contracted through NCPA. NCPA is a cooperative purchasing program serving education, local government, and nonprofit organizations nationwide. All contracts are competitively bid so there is no need to duplicate the bid process. All public entities can join NCPA for free and there is no obligation to purchase.
NCPA is a leading national government purchasing cooperative working to reduce the cost of goods and services by leveraging the purchasing power of public agencies in all 50 states.
