IAP coordinated the engineering design for Phase 1 consisting of one and a half miles of trails and bridge crossing. We ensured not to disrupt wildlife and vegetation which was not necessary and replace any topsoil which was disturbed. We also managed the installation of an accessible ramp off the ADA parking stalls. An additional 14 more miles of trail and bridges are to be completed.

IAP managed the demolition, cleaning, prepping, widening, and resurfacing of the existing bike and pedestrian trails. Several areas of asphalt were replaced with concrete, while other areas were replaced with new asphalt.

IAP coordinated the clearing, preparing, and paving of over 10,000 ft. x 10 ft. of bike trails.

IAP managed the addition of six miles of trails and improvement of pathways to blend with the existing trail to allow for additional viewing. We also managed the installation of a new observation decks with safety railings for visitors.
