The contractor shall provide all required supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the services described to renovate the identified interior and exterior items noted on Exhibit A for the Cheshire Building this will include a full interior and exterior painting, installation of modular office space in the front gymnasium, creation of additional hard-walled office space in larger rooms and modernization of existing hard-walled office space, installation of a full facility fire suppression system, the creation of a Unisex ADA compliant restroom out of the existing men’s and women’s restrooms located in the front hallway, installation of HVAC unit for a re-tasked gymnasium to create office space and limited remodeling and facilities update work as outlined in the “Scope of Work” and Exhibits attached. This work includes the Architectural and MEP design work required to submit for permit approval with this project, additionally project shall be competed complying with all Safety guidelines as per OSHA standards and requirements, complying with any necessary external agency inspections/requirements to include but not limited to the following items and comply with all federal, state, and local governmental laws, regulations, codes and ordinances. All work will be completed in a workmanlike manner consistent with customary industry practices. Contractor shall ensure that the jobsite is cleaned up, and dispose of any debris at the end of every work day. All itemized scope items below are by
