IAP abated all existing environmental contaminants following the voluntary action program. We managed the demolition of the existing building and ensured that the wet method of cleaning on the 64,000 sq. ft. of exterior concrete paved areas that had residual asbestos.

IAP coordinated the removal and ensured that the amphitheater seating was saved for the future. We managed the removal of the building façade, production tower, lighting, and electric. Ensuring that all debris was cleaned and disposed of off-site.

IAP coordinated the demolition of the four-story hospital and root cellar. We managed the removed and disposed of all material according to FDA guidelines. The area was compacted and stabilized to return the space back to a grass field.

IAP managed the demolition of two multi-level homes and oversaw the basements being filled, returning the area to green space. We ensured the integrity of the surrounding trees was not compromised. We also made sure the the sanitary liners were properly abandoned, filled, and capped.
